An actress, producer, and director, Riley Del Rey holds directing and producing credits on the short film Doubt, as well as on the web series Papa Don’s Pizzas. She recently founded Outlast Entertainment, LLC, a production company focused on philosophical narratives and impactful visuals. Currently, Riley Del Rey addresses race, gender, and politics in her new television series Capitol Barbie, which tells the story of a University of New Mexico student aspiring to succeed in the cutthroat political climate of Washington, D.C.

Ms. Del Rey holds a bachelor of arts in philosophy from the University of New Mexico, where she led new student orientations, refereed intramural sports games, and hosted the campus-wide cooking show Cook with the Queen, Eat Like a King! As a mentor with the university’s El Centro De La Raza, she supported leadership development for first-generation rural Latino students. Outside of her work in television, she pursues hobbies such as researching and experimenting with new recipes, and scouring thrift stores for great finds.
