Rilloux Leonidas
Physical Therapist in New York, NY
My name is Rilloux, I was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I came to New York after the earthquake in 2010 yearning for personal and professional advancement. Throughout high school I excelled in all my studies and worked relentlessly to ensure that I would have a successful future. I went on to study at Lehman College, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration in 2016. Shortly after, I decided that I wanted to further my education and pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Clarkson University. Upon graduation, I passed the state boards and have been practicing as a travel physical therapist. My hopes are to use all the knowledge, skills and experiences acquired to promote health and wellness in the United States as well as my birthplace. My lifetime goal is to return to Haiti and open a clinic, where I can provide aid and support to those who have been adversely affected by the earthquake as well as other socio-economic issues.
