He believes that teaching your employees is not enough, and this is why he works closely with your company until wanted changes are fully implemented and you are happy with the results.Working with each client starts with a thorough diagnosis of their production line. Rimantas then prepares a report, showing what trainings and changes could possibly be implemented in order to improve efficiency of a production line.
