With over 15 years in the fitness industry, my role is to design workout and nutrition programs to help you achieve your maximum potential.

- You will be guided on a program specifically tailored for your needs and goals.

- I can help you maintain consistency and offer you variety to keep you focused and make sure you don’t hit a plateau.

-I will assess your form, your strengths and weaknesses, and suggest alternative exercises that would suit you better to avoid injury.

2 ) Nutrition

I will guide you through a nutrition plan that will work synergistically with your fitness program to help you better achieve your goals.

3 ) Exercise Therapy

I can assess your muscle imbalances, strengths and weaknesses and will guide you through specific exercises/ alternatives/stretching routines, to strengthen your weaker muscles and stretch the tight ones, all for a better body alignment, movement, posture and an overall feeling of strength, coordination and body composition.

This is why I believe in “My Perfect Formula” plan as it is an integrated approach that should be applied to each individual as no single element will work on its own. I strongly believe that with consistency, dedication, motivation and desire along with the right coaching, great results can be achieved!
