Stepped in to IT back in 2000, with self-paced learning of computer science and courageous attempts to work as an admin. Later on, tried web-programming and design with a few non-profit websites for friends and university - and sticked to that till now.

Through the presentational sites for local organisations and businesses and to highly customized e-commerce solutions worldwide, I was always looking for some sort of awesomeness and minimalistic simplicity in my works.

Later on joined Ecwid com, first as a support person and later on a Head of Support. There I have established the culture of Customer Care department and the main workflow and tools.
