I’m a multi-faceted corporate professional who wants to share the 30+ years’ knowledge and experience I've gained in the financial services industry. It's rewarding for me to be able to do so as a Consultant who works with organizations that require strategic leadership and management skills in Credit, Collections, Financial services and related industries. I am a “blue sky thinker” and strategist; however, I am also an implementer, able to see where the blue sky thinking needs to give way to implementation success.

My success is my clients’ success. As a consultant, my role is to problem-solve, manage through crises and maximize efficiencies and productivity while reducing costs. I can identify and solve critical business issues and then implement profitable and useful solutions. As an illustration, I was able to reduce overall bad debt to an acceptable level for a telecommunications client experiencing uncceptable levels of write-offs. For another client, I was able to deliver a comprehensive report on the Canadian sub-prime loan industry in preparation for that client’s entry into the market as a sub-prime credit bureau reporting agency. Yet another client assignment involved working with a consumer finance company to reach it’s goal of restructuring out of bankruptcy protection.
