Riot City Wrestling

Since it’s inception in January 2006 RCW has grown from strength to strength. As well as their popular monthly live shows in Adelaide they also participate in various festivals and special events, including The Adelaide Fringe & National Youth Week Festivals, The Glendi Festival, Market shows and more. RCW also tour regional areas of South Australia and recently featured at the New Years Eve Festival in Mount Gambier where they wrestled in front of thousands of locals who fast became fans of this unique form of entertainment. Riot City Wrestling captures the appeal of all ages, ranging from toddlers to grandparents, with a strong following from young adults, and an equal ratio of male and female fans. The wrestlers are very dedicated to their sport, and train up to 4 times a week at the Riot City Wrestling Academy, with a strong focus on cardio and strength training. The wrestlers also travel interstate as part of a network of talent exchange RCW has established with various federations throughout Australia. Awe-inspiring aerobatics and technical showcases; jaw-dropping hard hitting moves; regular interstate challengers; womens’ matches; glitter & glowsticks; feuds; theatrics; drama and comedy… there is something for everyone in Riot City.
