Risë is a Senior Consultant with Career Partners International (CPI) where she provides one-on-one coaching and group training to develop and nurture the skills needed for successful career transitions. Her expertise includes; career assessment, professional branding, resume and online profile development, job search campaign planning and development, social networking, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding. Risë also provides Human Resources support during work force reductions, and participates in the redesign of training to align with trends in contemporary career transition.
