If I had to define the way of moving towards my ultimate objective of becoming a catalyst in the IT industry, I would say the key success contributors would be keeping focus on long term goals, driving for excellence, continuously striving to gain knowledge, and persevering to achieve the set goals step by step in a timely manner.

In a career span of four years, from an Associate Engineer at Accenture to a Technology Architect at Ericsson INC., I have witnessed an exponential growth in my career, both vertical as well as horizontal, in diverse fields of Information Technology and Telecommunication Networks. I aim to become an Industry Analyst in the field of Next Generation Technologies and define the industry vision.

One thing that really inspires me is the precise vision that Steve Jobs had about where the industry is heading, and what is needed to accomplish the vision, which as a result, has changed the industry as a whole.

Business is not only about numbers, hitting targets and showing high revenues. I believe the right way to take a business forward is involving right people in the right roles. There should be a sense of ownership, commitment and a will to take the entire team forward. I aspire to be a leader, to achieve the best and take my legacy forward.

As a part of the society, we should try to help people from every walk of life. I have been involved with NGOs for helping the physically disabled, promoting child education, and empowering women. I have been a part of blood donation drives for people suffering from acute cancer. I strongly believe that - "A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple". By doing a little, we can influence a lot of people and can help spread happiness across the whole world.

I'm passionate about music and have been playing guitar since I was 12 years old. I like spending time understanding different musical styles and trying my hands on them. Giving group and solo stage performances at a very young age has helped me gain confidence to face large audiences. Also, as I come from a defense school, I have participated in adventure sports, trekking camps, expeditions, and thoroughly enjoy going for trekking trips and hiking.

The goal of my life is to inspire change. Change in the industry where I'm working, and change in the society where I live. Change is inevitable, and it is important to have the right direction.
