If you walk through the academic and professional corridors of Lucknow, the name Rishi Verma stands for momentum. I am a Digital Strategist, a Student Leader at National P.G. College (NPGC), and a relentless learner who turns digital noise into clear results.
But my brand wasn't built in a boardroom; it was forged in fire.
The Transformation My journey is defined by a refusal to accept defeat. In Class 11, I hit rock bottom—weighing 140kg, failing 4 out of 6 subjects, and facing severe bullying. I was written off. Instead of quitting, I used that humiliation as fuel.
Physical Grit: I lost over 42kg (dropping to 98kg) through sheer discipline.
Academic Comeback: I turned failure into a 90% Board exam victory, filling 27 notebooks in six months.
Mental Shift: The introvert died, and a leader was born. Today, I anchor my resilience in my spiritual faith (Radhekrishn).
Professional Impact I don't just participate; I orchestrate. My expertise lies in bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
Digital Strategy: As a Social Media Manager (currently with OAKWISP), I move beyond "likes," creating integrated marketing strategies that align social narratives with business goals.
Operational Leadership: As a core organizer of the ELEVATE Career Fair 2025 at NPGC, I managed digital campaigns and coordinated with 40+ corporate giants (including HDFC and Axis Bank), handling data for over 1,000 students.
Placement Cell: Serving in the NPGC Placement Cell (2024-25), I received certifications for "Best Performance" for managing critical student data with zero error margin.
The Tech Edge I am currently pursuing my BCA and building "MindBalance"—a dynamic, algo-based app for mood tracking and assumption breaking. I back my experience with 85+ certifications in AI, Data Science (Python, Power BI), and Project Management from Google, Microsoft, and SEBI.
My Mission To be the "Catalyst"—the connector who helps students and businesses break barriers. I have personally assisted over 1,000 individuals in their journeys.
