What I learned - Engineering Changes, Up-selling via increase in take-rates, long term contracts and deal structuring, car model research & forecasting by using nielsen and other tools, internal negotiation with Japanese headquarters and external negotiation with American automakers (very difficult!), components of a car (everything from interior, chassis, engine, exterior - lots of moving parts!), and many others. Recipient of Employee of the Year award in 2004.
