By helping others become better powerlifters and also helping them eat better, Rishi Joshi hopes to help as many as possible become more disciplined and far healthier. By helping them increase their lifting prowess and helping them eat more nutritious meals, they will become far more disciplined, which means they will lead a better life. That is because Rishi knows that weight training in general and power lifting in particular are exceptional forms of exercise. Also, lifting weights is an easy sport to get into because it doesn’t take a major financial investment, like many sports.

In addition to power lifting, Rishi Joshi also has developed a passion for cooking nutritious meals, not just for himself, but also for his friends. Of course, the reason he shares is because he wants his friends to be as healthy as he feels. Everything is part of his overall motivation, in which he tries to help as many people as possible, in order to make their lives better. Recently, for example, Rishi Joshi began to dedicate as much of his time as possible to being a volunteer for a crisis text line.
