Rita Suszek

Rita Suszek is a Polish-born, London-based writer, actor, and singer/songwriter. She just performed in her own play Girlfag, during Angelic Tales New Writing Festival; play was directed by Rikki Beadle-Blair in Theatre Royal Stratford East. Earlier performed pieces include the monologue Immaculate conception and a preview of her one-woman show, Safe; she has been long-listed for Ideas Tap Editor's Brief. Performing credits include Alison in White Feather during BOOM! Festival, 2014, and Channel 4 Sochi trailer. Rita blogs at Huffington Post and Good Enough Diary; her reviews have appeared at The F-Word. She is the lyrical, singing half of The Living Songbook, a collaboration with composer Kevin Plummer; the duo just recorded an album (working title Headful Of Songs) and is due to perform at Ambition Festival in July 2015.
