Hey, I’m Rita. I’m a Nurse Practitioner living in Brooklyn, New York. I like to create and share positive health messages online - my mission is to help each other lead our juiciest lives & live more harmoniously on earth. I work in healthcare, holistic wellness and psychedelic medicine research. I'm also a fan of body & pleasure positivity, innovation, and plant-based nutrition.

I completed my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley in political economy and global poverty (go Bears!). I completed my graduate education at Columbia University to become a family nurse practitioner, where I also served as the co-president of the Queer & Ally Partnership and created and taught LGBTQ curriculum to staff and students. I am very excited about social innovation and public health.
