• Deep understanding of Disney's culture. Started my career at Walt Disney Studio, in Publicity and working with the great Howard Green. Including "Hunchback of Notredame" and "Toy Story 1".
• Worked with Dan Wolf at Disney Corporate Publicity on communications of new relationship with Pixar and "Hercules"
• Met Steve Jobs in 1996 for the first time. My suggestion to him: Pixar should work on "Where the Wild Things Live". He thought it was a good idea!
• Successful development of consumer products and businesses both at Johnson and Johnson and an angel-funded startup. I deeply understand the process of concept, planning, development, both online marketing, publicity and partnerships.
• Proven track record of leading both direct reports and cross-functional team at Disney and Johnson & Johnson, both set up as matrix teams.
