I have worked as a Patient Care Assistant for over two years, and work hard to mold my work with the personal lifestyle of my patients. I constantly work using good ethics, morals, and respect. I understand the important responsibility to treat all patients equally with empathy and support. -Fostering a Team Effort: I have worked as a leader and team member in multiple communities, engaging in behaviors that benefit the team. Regardless of a colleague’s personal background, I genuinely encourage, respect, and support all of my colleagues in the work setting. Healthcare professionals must be immersed into a clinical setting with collaborative teamwork. I am constantly willing to teach foreign concepts to my coworkers, as well as receive help from them. -Problem-solving Skills: Every step in the medical field can have far-reaching consequences, and if something goes as unexpected I am able to quickly resort to an alternative. Pressures and quick problem-solving are expected daily of many healthcare careers that one must be able to handle. As a healthcare professional, I thrive off of the fast-paced work environment, even if I must overcome controversial issues to assure patient satisfaction.
