I am an energetic and open-minded woman at the age of 30.

My mission is to develop people and teams and get the best out of them.

I studied adult education and human resource consultancy amongst coaching, training methods and organizational developement and I learnt a lot in hospitality industry during the years I was working as a barmaid and a waitress.

I love creating learning tools that give the gift of joyful education. I am inspired by the world of restaurants and bars and I use a lot from my own experiences.

I created a board game called Hospitality to spice up the industry and I bulid professional trainings on it.

Also I have a personality developement programme - the OPEN BAR - that lets you learn about yourself behind a bar.
