I unlock movement in stuck systems.
Most investor-backed ventures don't fail because of bad technology. They stall because the people, trust, and governance aren't configured to convert potential into traction. I work alongside founders — with investor backing — to orchestrate that unlock. Once momentum is restored, I step back. I've done this from building Germany's first private digital health insurance to assembling athagoras, an AI based PE pharma services rollup across Europe.
Currently, I still serve as a board member and senior advisor at athagoras.
I take on select orchestration mandates in healthcare, life sciences, and capital markets where the puzzle is genuinely complex and the fundamentals are strong.
I'm also exploring a parallel question: what does meaningful contribution look like for senior executives after their peak career chapter? If you're navigating that transition — or thinking about it — I'd like to compare notes.
