I am enabling innovations and investments in healthcare. Last thing I did was launching www.ottonova.de, a digital private health plan in Germany (I now moved to the board). Previously I founded the expert advisory network "Roman Rittweger Advisors in Healthcare". I have a medical degree and received an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. For several years I gained consulting experience at A.T. Kearney, BBDO Consulting and McKinsey & Company. In 1998 I had already started a company (now almeda.de) that offered demand and disease management services to payors.
