I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science Engineering at Amrita University. I completed my PhD from the dept. of Computer Science & Engineering and my Masters degree at the Center for Cyber Security, both at Amrita University, Coimbatore, India. Post my B.Tech under Pondicherry University, I worked for a while with a major MNC in India before succumbing to my passion for Cyber Security and doing my masters in the same area.

My research focuses on Malware Analysis, Computer Network Security, Pervasive Systems, Internet of Things, Computing Education, Meta-heuristic algorithms for search & optimisation and Neuroevolution.

I also give talks and conduct workshops on Cyber Security and related topics at various institutions.
