"So long have we slept in the cold... Let it be that now, fully, do we awaken."

RiverFalls Village is a budding intentional community whose aim is to design joyous lifestyles governed not only by collective values, but by the very pulse of Nature. This adoration for the pristine land of RiverFalls Village lies at the heart of what attracts people to our community. It gives direction to the blueprints for our architecturally harmonized, individually owned homes. Imagine a village of homes that seem to sprout from the earth, echoing the rich flora and fauna that have long called this land their home. We are partnering with local and award-winning architectural talent to bring this vision to fruition!

Families, couples and individuals will be able to create their own definition of balanced living by integrating private life, socializing and communion with Nature. All residents will have full access to extensive communal living and recreational sites as well as food cultivation areas, including a 5000 square meter community garden and an even larger orchard park. Daily life can feel as if you are on your own private retreat, yet the vibrant town of Uvita is only 2 kilometers away. Cradled by the Uvita and Ballena rivers, the shared land of RiverFalls Village is rich with waterfalls, natural swimming pools, and pristine rain forest, backed by a 2,000 acre forest and nature reserve.

Our spring water is sourced onsite and delivered by gravity to the community to ensure an effortless supply of the best water to be found. High speed internet will run to all of the homesites. Construction of a clubhouse, multiple picnic and outdoor cooking areas, yoga and treetop platforms, cupolas, gazebos and tree houses for small and big kids alike will follow the pace and preferences of our community as it grows. This is going to be so much fun!

Do you want to come and create something really special with us?

"Community is not something that is created when people come together and live together, rather it is something that is preexistent and we can awaken to it. There is never a time when we are not in community, and our practice is to awaken to that experience of communion." -David Spangler
