Hi, I’m River, owner of Top Hand TV and a lifelong cowgirl. I offer limited bookings for photo and video shoots to promote special events, products, or services for those who live and love the western lifestyle.

For the past 20 years I have served my country as a federal emergency manager helping disaster survivors rebound from some of the worst disasters in modern history.

In 1993, I competed in the Professional Women's Rodeo Association as a bull and bronc rider, earning Rookie of the Year. I’m also the 2023 AQHA Reserve World Champion in L2 amateur barrel racing.
