With over thirty years of experience as a school teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal, she has forged warm relationships with hundreds of students, many of whom have remained in close contact with her well beyond their high school and seminary years.
In her current position, Principal of Lev Bais Yaakov High School, Rivka Oratz utilizes her inimitable pedagogic style to create a collaborative team among the staff, parents and students. Thus, the home and school join to create a synthesis facilitating their goal as partners in climb, working toward the well-being of the child. As a proponent of the philosophy that academic achievement must be supported by emotional and social development as well in order to create a wholesome child, Rivka Oratz works toward that end to foster the multifaceted growth of her students.
