Life long career in public social work services initially as a practitioner, but latterly as a coordinator and director of a range of independent social work related services.

I enjoy working with people and am keen to find innovative ways that are efficient to deliver social care services.

I enjoy challenges especially those that seek to develop systems that are mutually beneficial to social care practitioners and those most in need of their services.

I believe in positively embracing technology where it can be used to modernise the delivery of care and support.
