I am never reluctant to take initiative to study and investigate an unfamiliar subject or research aspect. With strong research and analytical skills, I have published a number of high quality research reports, policy notes and planning documents, besides, a chapter in Oxford symposium book. My research interests include public policy, education assessments, data-based planning and financing, and accountability systems . Currently, I'm pursuing my doctorate degree from Deakin University focusing on education assessment systems.
