I have over ten years of experience and have exceeded the expectations of the users. In addition I have been
supporting clients on 1st to 3rd line support on consumer and distribution level. I have supported the Helpdesk
and for many times have solely managed it, through this I am able to understand the mutual obligations and duties
of both the customer and the IT Organization to meet those (SLA) Service Level Agreements. I have expert
knowledge of active directory, call logging system such as CRM intranet base help desk ticketing service

I consider myself as goal-directed, results-oriented professional with a strong IT support, Network administration,
