Rikki de Nijs, a recent graduate from San Jose State University with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and has lived in the Bay Area all her life. After quitting her job as a bartender, she moved to Barcelona, Spain for a few months to get a fresh perspective on life and to learn about a different culture.

She is interested in making moves towards building her career in the health field and currently has an internship with the Children's Defense Fund. Soon, going to back to school and getting a MPH would be the next step for her education. Rikki is always up for a challenge and is excited to see what the future has in store.

Currently in love with The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern and Ettiquette & Espionage by Gail Carriger but will always enjoy a Harry Potter read for a third time.
