As a former elite athlete, I know how the role of competing and trying to strain edges affects development. To work for the better is what makes my engine run every day. I believe that this is one of the things that have made me succeeded so far and why I will continue to do so. To me, the feeling when hard work finally is paying off is truly satisfying.

I reckon everyone to take responsibility for their decisions and actions. Whether they have been leading to something positive or negative. I always try to keep in mind that what I do, and how I do it, is seen and judged by other people. Therefore, it is important for me to try acting as my role models do, but still walk my own path.

I always try to ask why when problems occur. The participation in discovering or finding a solution to a certain problem is therefore something I genuinely feel is a part of my way of thinking. Stepping aside and letting someone else bear the burden is to me not only sloppy, but also a lost opportunity for progress. I like to be a leader, and I believe this is an important factor in the transformation of athleticism to my work career.

This is also a question of professionalism. I see the ethic aspect as a fundamental glue between me, my employer and the whole society and that is why I try to be professional, even though I might not always succeed. But as long as I never give up, I know good things will happen.

All these four marked words are part of my values that I was taught at the club where I was an elite athlete. I adapted to them because in my opinion, they represent a key for progress.
