Rogério Marques Júnior is a Social Entrepreneur born in Quelimane City, in Mozambique. He has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Eduardo Mondlane University. Rogério is the Founder of the Citizens of Mozambique Association that aims to contribute to the strengthening of citizen participation in the processes of governance and promotion of access to information. He also founded the first portal of political education in Mozambique called #PoliMoz that is helping to the transformation of the political culture in Mozambique by bringing political content of easy reading and understanding to the whole country.

Rogério is part of national and international networks in particular: Global Labor Organization, Center for Interdisciplinary Communication Studies (CEC); Africa Labour, Research and Education Institute (ALREI); WageIndicator Foundation and most recently added to the Young African Leader Initiative Network (YALI) and One Young World. His interest as a Social Entrepreneur is to design initiatives aimed at leveraging youth employment opportunities through the promotion.
