My name is RJ. I'm a positive and hard working person.

I currently work as an Inside Sales Associate with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx.

Remember when you were growing up and you had a million different passions in life that you wanted to pursue? I wanted to study sharks, dinosaurs, or of course be a professional athlete. In my senior year of college, I realized that I enjoyed the business behind sports and wanted nothing more than to work for a professional sports team. My first sport is hockey, followed by football (Go Pack Go!). Basketball is a sport that I do not understand. However, it's the business of the sport that made me fall in love with it.

I now have a job where I can wake up every day fired up and wanting to go to work. It's like the feeling of gazing out your window and imagining your dream job. It took me 22 years to figure out my dream job but I am now blessed with a job where I can't wait to go to sleep and wake up every day. The feeling is absolutely surreal. Every day I wake up and step in to my dream.

The reason I'm telling you this is because I am a person who believes in real life stories for someone else to relate to. It puts things in perspective. People who hear this story can have something to strive for. If I can do it then anybody can.

It doesn't take a brainiac. I doesn't take someone who is perfect in every way. Getting what you want out of life takes a full heart of passion and determination...that's it!
