Ronald Kern might be considered the epitome of an entrepreneur. He was the founder and CEO of a multimillion-dollar pre-employment screening and private investigation company, which he sold in late 2013.

Since “retiring,” Ron created LIMBitless™, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which focuses on wounded veterans and adaptive communities.

Ron and his wife of 25 years have a radio show on 94.1 FM called, Passion Points Radio Show, "Our goal is to encourage, educate, and inspire others not only to find their passion, but put it in action and we discuss how to do that," Ron said. "The show discusses a wide variety of topics that can help individuals or companies, so it's relatable to almost everyone."

Ron is a columnist for two magazines, Christian Living and Venture Meridian, a motivational speaker, and a highly sought after consultant. Ron is also a certified Go-Giver Coach.

Ron's book, "Passion in Action" is endorsed by Jack Canfield, author of the Chicken Soup of the Soul Series.
