Rebecca Kleinsmith

Hi, I'm Rebecca.

Central California Coast native. I literally grew up with strawberry fields in my back yard. In college I was obsessed with Journalism, Alpha Xi Delta and LGBT activism. After college I moved from LA to NYC for two years. The city of New York is magical--it was the feeling I would get at night when I would see the Empire State Building lit up, declaring that something special was happening. It makes you feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself. Though I loved New York, it felt like living abroad and it was too far from home. I just recently moved back to the Golden State and currently live in San Francisco. Anything vintage inspires me. Witnessing the tiny accomplishments of my nephew and three nieces are probably the most joyful experiences of my life. I have an extremely hard time sitting still and have a passion for all things creative. I love writing, sewing and photography. I truly believe in the power of storytelling and that it is the key to all social change.
