I am a green INFP. I like to truly lead people, helping, supporting, developing, and guiding them rather than to boss them around. I am taking matters in my own hands to lead by example. Open and transparent communication is key to my profession. I prefer cooperation over competition. I am as much committed to my team as to the tasks at hand. In a professional context I am interested in technical risk assessments, estimating techniques, brown-field architecture as well as general software development and project management methodologies particularly everything agile.
I am an eclectic music lover. I usually attend about 60 concerts of all kinds of music per year (at least, if there is no global pandemic going on). I travel a lot to see my favourite artists. Longest distance travelled to attend a concert: Zurich to Los Angeles. I own a record player as well as an audiophile DAC. I learned to play a few instruments in my childhood and youth (the church organ among them), but was never good enough to start a career in music. When I am not listening to music I am a man of the great outdoors. I cycle (road bike, solo endurance, ~ 700km/month, mediocre 3.5W/kg FTP). I climb rocks and boulders. I love hiking (long distances/mountains, ideally both). I am a passionate, but incapable chess player (admittedly indoors most of the time).
I am a hobby dairy producer, part time dog whisperer and struggle with my Spanish phonetics - my German tongue is just not willing to perform the alveolar trill. My command of the English language is okay though.
I am not in the least interested in cars, football/soccer and hate watching TV (for me it is pro-bikes, rugby and the internet). I believe that social media is the root of all evil.
