Robin Lafontaine

Hi my name is Robin Lafontaine. I am 50 years old. I am a wife, a mother of 8, and grandmother of 7. My lables given are fibromyalgia, PBC of the liver(genetic), celiacs, barretts, arthritis. Weee haaaa I have been given disability last year.

About 7 years ago I started on a journey looking for a reason for elevated white blood cell count. My first stop was at gastroenterologist, came out of that office with PBC and Barretts. 2nd was Rhuematologist, added arthritis and celiacs. 3rdly Hemotologist, lots of blood samples and bone marrow test. That was fun lol. But came out of there with an all clear for blood cancer. And lastly a new Rhuematologist, fibromyalgia. All autoimmune diseases. Hence raised white blood cell count. This is crazy.

Since then, I have been trying to adjust and pick up the pieces of life with all it's changes. And here we are.

Now, I am on a journey back to wellness and finding out what my new life will be..
