I started my career with Cataldo Ambulance service where I helped revamp their onboarding process as the Onboarding Program Lead. Along with the Education Center team, I helped established a field training program while hiring and training over 40 Field Training Officers. Coordinating with other departments including operations, human resources, and clinical services I helped streamline communication and improved reporting. I led the transition of our onboarding program from 5 days to 1.5 days with online modules to better serve our part-time and per-diem recruitment efforts.

In January of 2022, I joined the team with Hornblower Group - a leading transportation and travel experiences company. The recently established onboarding team was tasked with streamlining and improving the candidate experience process. I assisted with automating the communication process for candidates and managers through the UltiPro platform. Focusing on reducing and optimizing outbound communications to candidates helped immensely improve retention and on-time start dates.

I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to the talent acquisition team at Mass General Brigham in August 2022. It's a time of great change across the organization at MGB and the onboarding team is playing a crucial role. Tasked with streamlining the process for dozens of affiliate hospitals and improving the experience for candidates and managers alike.

My focus and area of specialty are improving the candidate experience by streamlining communications, enabling automation of processes, and improving reporting and communication.
