I hvae 10 years in the Information Technology field. I have done a lot of everything from rolling out new systems, implementing new technologies like Office 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Project Server, etc. I have advanced/expert experience in Windows Operating Systems ranging from Windows XP to Windows 10, and Windows Server 2000 to Server 2016.

My goal is to continuously learn and improve my skill set to better help my team regardless of what role i am in. I am very big on customer satisfaction and will always go the extra mile to explain things clearly to the customer or make sure they are taken care of to the level i think that should be expected.
