I have always known what I want and I will go for it, without any doubt.

I have a big smile on my face, this makes the customers happy to see me and my colleagues happy to work with me.

I believe working together is a success so I always practice teamwork an provide lateral service. I am willing to walk extra miles for giving my customers a decent service.

"Rules are for the obedience of fools and the guidance for wise men." I am a flexible person. In hospitality industry, you always try to fulfill your guests' needs. Sometimes you will have to break some rules or not following the S.O.P set by the hotel. When I was an intern, I did think out of the box in order to give surprise to my guests which is not in my task requirement. Knowing that a couple guests are here for honeymoon, I managed to buy a bouquete of rose during my lunchtime and place in their room. The bride turned up being surprise and very happy and thought it was her busband's planning. The bridegroom was happy as well as he saw his wife is happy.
