RAMI MAKBOUL

Hi. I am a real estate broker, real estate investor and an author. I have experience in residential and commercial mortgage financing. I also have extensive experience in the hospitality industry as investor and owner. In 1999, I wrote the manual "Bartending In One Day". I have been living and enjoying the most beautiful place on earth, Oregon, for almost 30 years. I enjoy reading business articles but especially real estate articles. My favorite books are real estate books about basically any real estate topic, buying, selling, finance, construction and remodeling. While I am a real estate broker, I am only engaged in buying and selling for my own personal account..in other words I am not currently engaged in professional real estate activities for "others". I also enjoy running and working out. I am currently in the planning phase of building an apartment complex for the elderly, poor and disabled.
