Rose Maruca
Ms. Maruca is a seasoned consultant with over 25 years of experience as a business development, marketing, and operations strategist for the healthcare sector. She works collaboratively with senior management to fulfill their organizational mission, facilitating growth and sustainability in an era of healthcare reform. Process focused, with eyes on both long-term goals and short-term objectives, Ms. Maruca understands the need to balance the economics of operational readiness with organizational goals.
Ms. Maruca holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and is currently pursuing a Leadership Certificate from Wharton's Aresty Institute of Executive Education. In addition, she holds an BS in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University and a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
A member of the Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice President's Advisory Council and past Board member of the Philadelphia Boy's Choir and Chorale, Ms. Maruca enjoys supporting her community. She is also a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and the Grandon Society of the Jefferson School of Population Health.
