Arkansas Resident Ryan Mattiza Has Banking Experience

Ryan Mattiza serves as a loan officer for Arvest Bank Group in Rogers, Arkansas, where his responsibilities include analyzing financial client data and making decisions regarding loan requests. He also handles additional customer matters, such as providing product recommendations based on client needs and resolving customer complaints. Knowledgeable in the areas of secondary market pricing and banking procedures, Ryan Mattiza received recognition from the company as a top loan officer for four consecutive years between 2012 and 2015.

Before joining Arvest Bank Group, Ryan Mattiza completed multiple internships in the financial services field. He began a summer college internship in 2002 for Stewart and Stevenson/Armor Holdings’ human resources department, and later in his career he interned in logistics with Merchants Metals in Houston Texas. He also served as a marketing intern at the University of Arkansas prior to joining Arvest Bank.

Mr. Mattiza is a member of the Fellowship Bible Church and stays physically active by playing basketball in his spare time. An avid home chef, he enjoys cooking Italian and American foods.
