Rebecca Brown
When I was six, my parents packed up everything we owned and moved overseas to Central Asia. I grew up in three different countries in that area and was exposed to a lifestyle unknown to many. My family spent most of our time in Uzbekistan. There, I learned Uzbek and built strong relationships with the local people that have lasted until today. I have traveled to more than twenty countries around the world and I have a passion for learning about culture everywhere I go. Along with culture, I love seeing the different art forms in each of the countries I've traveled to and what art means to each community. As well as learning seeing the art of this world, I like to try to capture the emotion and way of life around me through photography.
I am currently a Global Studies student at Azusa Pacific University and continue to love traveling, cultures, and photography. All of those combined...that's where I'm at my best.
