I have been a professional chef for over 30 years. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and have served as an advisory member to the New England Culinary Institute. I have an extensive work background with Marriott and Compass Group. I am currently the Chef of the Coaches Club at the New Meadowlands Stadium. Go Jets & Giants! Although, I am secretly a big Steelers fan. I have a passion and love for food which I learned as a child growing up in an Italian American family. This love and passion has been shared with my family, co-workers and friends throughout the years. I have recently published my first cookbook called “The Food Pusher’s Cookbook” I live in Andover Township where I serve as Chairman of the Economic Development Committee and as a member of the Land Use Board. I am also a volunteer fireman with 21 years of service the last 10 years as President of our department I am a Harley motorcycle enthusiast and have a love of salt water fishing.
