Ronald Mitchellette

Ronald Mitchellette is the quintessential business consultant having accumulated more than forty years of entrepreneurial, banking and finance experience. He is the epitome of being a "Battle-field" tested business veteran (also a military veteran) including successes and failures and in all cases employing his creative business skills for, not only, survival, but also, growth.

He is an academic, as an Adjunct Professor, teaching at three major Universities and writing a fully published book titled "Entrepreneurial Decision Making" chronicling his entrepreneurial journey and advice based on his many experiences; in addition, to white papers and his doctoral hypothesis on the "Origin of The Entrepreneur (re; his website and blogs/www.ronaldmitchelletteandassociates.com).

His achievements include a boot strapped startup he eventually took public (IPO), author, 20 years in finance and eventually retiring as a Chairman/CEO of his own bank followed by another startup, which is now a twenty-five-year-old successful Business Consulting firm and growing.

He lives and offices in Minneapolis, MN., where he enjoys his family and six grandchildren and twins on the way. He is an avid sailor and sports enthusiast and is a graduate of the University of Missouri (AB), St Thomas University (Honorary MBA) and the University of Cincinnati (former Doctoral student).
