I'm Ronak Shukla, I've been making a living as a designer since around 2015. Since then I've been lucky enough to work with some great companies and even greater people. These days I mostly work on products but now and again I take on design projects. Some are just too much fun to pass up!
I don’t just design an effective user experience, I create an exceptional One.

To create intuitive designs experience from concept to implementation across multiple platforms, I believe that digital experience should be fluid and flexible. My important task to create empathy to end-user and create a motivating environment that can track and maintain the biggest talent within a team.

SO WHAT IS MY PROCESS
I am interested to hear problem statements from the stakeholder. Identify the real users who are directly or indirectly engaged with the product.

Do some research on real users, create user profiles and persona. Do some competitors research and analysis. Create user stories, user journey, and sitemap. Act as a common bridge in between UX design team - business development team - product team - stakeholders - engineering team.
Start sketch ideas on paper and do some quick outline and discuss. Start creating Wireframes and Interaction Prototypes. Once scope freeze, ready to move for design face.
