Am volunteering with NYCares, Sierra Club and Rescue Leftover Cuisine (RLC). It's all environmentally based. Water runoff control by planting in Riverside Park, trying to rescue and distribute a little of the wasted food of the 40% that gets tossed to local homeless shelters...aka at least using the food we wasted all that water and fossil fuel processing.
