RoAnn Costin

A graduate of Harvard University with a bachelor of arts in government, RoAnn Costin achieved All-American status as a member of the swimming and rowing teams. She subsequently earned a master of business administration from Stanford University. Over the course of her career, she has held board positions with companies such as Paola Quadretti Worldwide, City Sports, and Lululemon Athletica. RoAnn Costin currently serves as the managing director of Wilderness Point Investments.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Costin served as a portfolio manager and the first female partner with the State Street Research and Management Inc. She later served as a senior vice president and investment manager for Putnam Companies, a firm that specialized in quality growth equities investments.
In addition to her role with Wilderness Point Investments, Ms. Costin served as executive producer of the 2019 film Making Waves: The Art of Cinematic Sound, which explores the power of sound in modern movie-making. Directed by Hollywood sound editor Midge Costin, the film features insights from legendary filmmakers such as George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. An official entry in both the Cannes Film Festival and the Tribeca Film Festival, Making Waves earned an award for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing from the Cinema Audio Society.
RoAnn Costin also serves on the board of the Center for Reproductive Rights, co-chairing the 2020 virtual annual fundraising event.
