Robert Blake has held a number of key roles responsible for strategy development, future planning, and building new capabilities both as an internal business leader and for clients. He approaches performance with a lens that pulls into focus new ways to define, redefine and improve business practices to deliver more effective outcomes.

Robert's experience spans local, regional and national leadership roles. Over the course of his diverse career, Robert has worked with a number of industries and sectors including banking, government, tourism, resources, telecommunications, utilities, FMCG and events. He has also been a crucial team member in delivering global programs for telco, FMCG and retail clients. Prior to this he was self-employed, running a successful small business for ten years.

Robert values data-led insights to support gut-feeling and intuition when exploring new areas and opportunities for improving capabilities of the business. He is happy to chat about business management, process improvement, data analytics, music, weight lifting, good food and wine, and economics.
