I serve as the managing director of the National University Technology Network (NUTN) and a project leader in the marketing and communications department based at the Dallas County Community College District's (DCCCD) acclaimed R. Jan LeCroy Center for Educational Telecommunications, a leader in distance learning since 1972.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University and a Master of Arts in communication from Amberton University. In addition to my academic degrees, I am a 2004 graduate of the Leadership DCCCD program, the 2005 class of Consortium Leadership and Renewal Academy of the North Texas Community College Consortium and the 2010 Leadership Academy of the Instructional Technology Council.

Past professional engagements include multiple NUTN events, the League for Innovation in the Community College, the Distance Education and Training Council, the Oklahoma Board of Regents and multiple agencies of the U.S. Department of Defense.

Some of my professional honors include the Jean Sharon Griffith Student Development Leadership Award, a commendation from The Military Order of World Wars and twice recognized in the DCCCD’s Innovator of the Year category.

I live in Rowlett, Texas, with my two perfect children, Madeline and Zachary, and two very spoiled Italian Greyhounds.
