I'm an experienced entrepreneur and recognized expert in technology, knowledge management, business and practice optimization within the legal industry.
I founded XMLAW, a legal technology startup, in 2003 and grew it to become an award-winning Inc. 5000 business and the leader for Microsoft SharePoint technology and expertise in the legal space. After XMLAW was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2009, I held several senior positions with Thomson Reuters’ legal division as a general manager and vice president serving mid-to-large law firms globally.
At Nexlaw Partners, I consult to firms and businesses in the legal community and advise and invest in early stage businesses. I occasionally hold board or executive level positions to help businesses grow, most recently as CEO at SeyfarthLean Consulting, a subsidiary business of law firm Seyfarth Shaw.
