Rob Williams

Based in Boston, I have over 15 years of high tech sales leadership experience, mostly focused on selling technical software into engineering, research and development enviornments. A technology generalist, my real passion is growing the business: figuring out the strategy, and building the processes, teams and systems that will turn that strategy into results. I love what I do, which is why I am good at it.

I am currently with E Ink in Cambridge, MA leading the effort to spin up and expand our segmented e-paper display business in the Americas. Our technology is breathing new life into the boring, 40 year old segmented LCD industry. We are currently building a field rep organization, and the software and hardware tools that will help engineers and designers easily experience our technology.

Before I joined E Ink, I was with three different technical software start-ups. Prior to that, I built a 50 person $70 million sales team at The MathWorks, one of the world's most profitable and well run software companies. Prior to The MathWorks, I was with Course Technology (now Cengage), and Whittle Communications.
