Robb Spearman has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage and Sales. At Realty One Group The Heartland Region, Robb helps real estate brokers in the Iowa, Kansas CIty, and Nebraska areas to establish offices through the Realty One Group franchise.

Robb Spearman’s vast experience in the real estate industry sets him apart from others in his line of work. He has a passion for making things simpler and easier for the broker, and helping guide them towards success. Robb enjoys the fact that Realty One Group allows the broker independence to grow their business how they want to and see profitable return through the 100% commission model.

Prior to Realty One Group, Robb Spearman worked with ReMax and negotiated over 1,500 home sales, and has overseen 15,000 transactions. He was ranked by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 50 agents out of 1 million. He grew his previous brokerage from 1 agent to 200 agents and the year that he sold the brokerage, it ranked 188 out 82,000 brokerages.

Now, Robb Spearman seeks to help other agents open and grow their own Realty One Group franchise, a company he has been researching over the years and is excited by their mission. He is dedicated to guiding the brokers through the process of selling their independent office and guiding them through the process of opening the office, designing the office, recruiting top talent, branding and more. Having been through it himself, Robb Spearman provides a vast wealth of knowledge that many others do not have, which puts the brokers he helps at a competitive advantage from the start.

Robb Spearman is a passionate about making things easier for real estate agents and brokers. He was first attracted to Realty One Group because of their 100% model. The agent receives 100% of the commission and they pay a monthly fee to the broker, so therefore they have the opportunity to make 100% of their money rather than paying the broker part of their commission.
